Our Bio

The company was founded by Chief Executive Officer, Queen Nneka Lott, The company was incorporated in 2018 as FCA, Ltd., a New York corporation, and registered the name RushCapelli Wellness under the USA 🇺🇸 Government in 2016.

Queen graduate from Mandl Medical College Manhattan New York, and also pursued her BSc. in Psychology at Grand Cayan University. She also went to American Academy Of Personal Training in New York where she studied all the Fitness & Wellness she’s practicing today. Queen worked as a private trainer in New York Sports Clubs Before setting up her own Private Personal Training Center. She continued “ I am not getting a full hands on service to what I need to help clients reach their goals sooner because I am only working with the company’s standards designed style of training. I wanted more for the people and the only way to go about it is to provide a lifestyle change that will shape them forever.

Before I couldn’t make a step, my sisters used to hold my hands when we walk because I was overweight. I can never sit on something low because I will need first responders to get back up, yes! It was that bad, I tried different physical therapies but I did not see any progress until a friend of mine introduced me to Queen of Rushcapelli Wellness, she believed in me, she started soft moves with me, we both walk the steps while she was watching me, she made me dance on my feet, lol!
